Please check all color and size charts before place the order. Since all shirts are custom made based on your selection, I don’t accept return or exchange unless there is an issue with your order.
I’m working with different brands based on the availability. OUR T-shirts are Bella+Canvas brand. If Bella+Canvas is out of stock, I will send it from a brand of the same size and quality. Different styles of shirts may have different shades of same color due to different manufacturer brands. If you have a preferred brand, please let me know.
If you buy a custom product, I will send you a message to confirm the design, don’t forget to check your message box. Please share your experiences with feedbacks.
WASH item inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, do not iron directly on the design
Processing time is 1-3 days. Shipping time is based on the shipping type you’ll select at checkout. If you need the item sooner, please upgrade the shipping at checkout.

Shipping Policy
- Production: Processing Time: 2 – 3 days* (in regular seasons) depends on your order (please read description product) and more depends on holiday seasons.

Order changes
Once your order has been confirmed, it can’t be modified or cancelled. If you’d wish to return a product, you’ve to start out out out out the returns procedure once you’ve received the item.

Return & Refunds Policy
If you’d wish to return an item to Genshin Store, please follow the instructions below within 3 days of delivery. Safely pack the things within the primary packaging that came with the merchandise All Products must be returned in fitness . If the Products received is broken , please contact Customer Service.
